About the Role

Asseta is seeking an Accounting Solutions Consultant to report to our CEO.  You’ll play a critical role in helping our family office clients modernize their accounting operations through our platform. This is a client-facing position that combines the analytical rigor of accounting with the relationship-driven mindset of customer success.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with new clients during onboarding to understand their accounting workflows, reporting structures, and system requirements.
• Configure and implement the company’s accounting platform ****to align with each family office’s financial processes and internal controls.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on accounting best practices, helping clients optimize their chart of accounts, consolidation, and reporting setup.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into software enhancements and feature requests.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting, financial operations, or accounting systems implementations. CPA required.
• Deep understanding of GAAP principles, consolidations, reporting, and family office accounting workflows**.**
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar) ****— implementation experience a plus.
